Jayna Fuller

Jayna focuses her practice primarily on employment litigation. She handles matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, labor code violations, and workplace accommodation issues.

Jayna earned her B.A. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. She received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Jayna participated in the Internet Law Student Organization and the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic.

Jayna has experience working in both law firm and in-house legal settings. Her background includes employment law, civil litigation, and contracts management.
