Kumail Aslam

Kumail focuses his practice on employment litigation, representing employers throughout the Bay Area in matters ranging from discrimination and harassment claims to wrongful termination. He also handles a variety of civil litigation matters, and has represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides — experience that gives him practical insight into how opposing counsel builds and values a case.

Earlier in his career, Kumail developed a broad litigation foundation that spans criminal prosecution and advocacy on behalf of immigrant communities. He also practiced in the Central Valley, where he handled workers' compensation defense on behalf of public entities, and has practiced employment litigation on behalf of individual plaintiffs.

A Bay Area native, Kumail earned his B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as President of the South Asian Law Students Association and Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
